What began as a single neighborhood restaurant in Wauwatosa has, three decades later, become a collection of rooms across the city — each one shaped by the same hand and the same idea of how an evening ought to feel.

The team
Paul Bartolotta and a kitchen of more than four hundred — sommeliers, captains, line cooks, pastry, valets, hosts — many of whom have been with us a decade or longer.
Care-a-lotta
Our community foundation has, since 2005, supported Milwaukee's children's hospitals, food rescue, and arts — through the only currency we know well: dinners.
